This is my favorite beer. The funny thing is that my wife who is from Vietnam agrees with me that this is the best german beer. Two people from two totally different cultures - and we both agree that Dinkelacker Privat is the best beer.

Very mediocre beer, nothing special, not worth the money. Drink it of course you can, but I do not recommend it to anyone !!! For the money you can buy something better.

Think this is more EPL then Dortmunder, but it is similar.

A - Quick vanished white foam,no more then 10 second on the top. Orange color, low carbonation.

S - Weak aroma of usual pale lager rubbish.

T/M - Must admit that it is drinkable, but two bottles is top for me. Again nothing special in it. Weak aroma of malt,nothing.. Low bitterness and medium pleasant carbonation.

O - Expected much more,but i didn't like it.

Pours clear and golden with faint carbonation and thin head. A fair amount of lacing is left on the glass, despite the weak head. Has a sharp, biting flavor, but almost watery mouthfeel. Sharpness lingers on the tongue for a while. A decent pilsener from Dinkel Acker....
