A beautiful golden color with a white head. Smells of malts, some yeast, malts, and toast. Tastes of malt, bread, grass, and dough. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Overall is a very good kolsch.

Clear and golden with large bubbles rising, and a finger of quickly dissipating white head. Spotty lacing. Aroma is bready/doughy, and freshly cut grass/grain. Ditto for the flavor, and maybe a little bit of a corny flavor. The feel is medium thin, but not at all watery, average carbonation, a little slick up front, but pretty dry on the finish. Above average brew, here.

Picked up a single from the Quick Stop on 10-1-16 for $1.50. No canning date visible.

Beer poured golden with an OK white head that dissipated quickly.

Nose is of crackers.

Taste is cracker/bready forward with a very slight touch of malt sweetness.

Feel is crisp and clean and refreshing - true to the style.

Overall a solid beer as anticipated. I really dig the Koffee Kolsch and this one did not disappoint!

From the can, it pours a light golden amber with a moderate head. Pleasant scent. The flavor is also light with a nice finish and little to no aftertaste. Yum!

Nice kolsch-style brew, light, a little full feeling for the style, but has a really nice graininess in the finish, very light floral hops, slight graham cracker notes. The kind of beer that's just as easy as heck to drink and rather satisfying.

Consumed at a spring training game, this kolsch brings a clean overall flavor with a grassy background. A little sweetness of honey adds to this kolsch, making it simply pleasurable during an afternoon of watching baseball.

Had this at a sports bar watching NCAA bowl games. Pint glass full delivered was straw colored and a little cloudy with a thin white head. Had a mildly fruity aroma and a pretty thin mouth feel. Taste was somewhat unremarkable, a little malty and a little citrusy but not too bad really. Finished with a mildly hoppy bitterness. Don't think I'd ask for any more.

For a kolsch this one is pretty good. Not a huge fan of the style but this one is pretty true to style, straw to golden in color slightly dry with pleasent hop aroma. On tap at the brewery tasting room. This is a great intro beer and will make a great lawn mower beer in the summer after they start canning it.
