The brewery is really fun. Food is different every time you go in because it is solely served by outside vendors. The food can be hit or miss, but the beer is ALWAYS awesome.
They have a GREAT staff there that is VERY knowledgeable about their products. It's not just a "beer slinger".
I try and get in there at least once a week.

Great beer! Cool atmosphere and tvs on the wall showing sports. They have a large patio although I wasn't able to enjoy it dueasy to rain. The place was full of people who love delicious beer and know where to find it.

Great little taproom off an unexpected highway away from the noise and non-sense. Had tasters of Fuzzy Tart, and a nice new sour stout I don't remember the name of. Both were very well done, withe focus on the fruit and no band-aids. On to the IPA selection, Spadra was a nice drinking west coast IPA with a little more nuts and the Mango Grapefruit IPA kicked the crap out of Sculpin. Mr. Adams likes the Saison style, you can tell right away with the Saison Blue. Well balanced, not overly yeasty and an epic sage backbone that is so obviously local it could be growing at the foot of the bar. Lastly, put that Swindler Spice on the Christmas menu for a crushable porter with psycho chai flavor I would not reach for in a store. Oh man! I almost forgot the Berliner-Weisse to wash it all down, at 3.5% and perfectly tart there were flavors on offer although I've never added an extra to beer except for Corona and some cinnamon for Glu Kriek at Cascade.
Obviously, I was digging this place a lot. Every beer to me had it's own style while maintaining the characteristics that define their style.
Bravo, Alosta.

Pretty solid little neighborhood brewery, tucked away in the typical office park setting. The brewery has a very chill vibe and the place is dog friendly. The service is pretty quick and friendly. The beer is solid, their oatmeal stout is their standout beer. The one thing that struck me as a bit strange is that none of their beers had much of a head on them.

To be fair, I haven't been there in a while. I was there when they first opened . They might have gotten better. But, when I went there, I was not impressed with their beer. I will try them again. Recently, I have seen their beer at a liquor store i visit, so maybe they have developed better beer.

Good, but it tastes like home brewing. Consistency is not there yet. Great atmosphere and people however.

Small brewery just starting to get rolling. They have a rotating beer menu with some year rounds as well. I highly recommend trying the Mrs. Adams Vanilla Oatmeal Stout when it's available. Also, the Spadra IPA is pretty awesome too. Ambiance is great, everyone is very friendly. They also have random companies doing food.
