12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/24/2016. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Minimal dryness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/grainy mouthfeel that is good. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a good blonde ale. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. Was hoping for a bit more hop presence, but it is a good style example otherwise. A nicely enjoyable offering.

I poured this from a bottle into a clear teardrop glass. It pours a slightly hazy golden with a 2 finger whitehead. I taste grain and hops. Very little sweetness here. It's ok. It blows away most all big commercial beers, but doesn't match up to most craft beers.

12 oz. bottle, poured into pint glass on 9/10/15.
Poor's well decent amount of foam, blonde ale that has a stale smell.
I wasn't expecting this to be good but wanted to try due to bring brewed in Minnesota.
It's just an average beer. Nothing special about it. First taste wasn't the best but then just tastes like what it is, a blonde ale.
Don't expect to try again.

3/24/15 (Bottle) - Yellow brown pour, medium carbonation, with minimal foam. Minimal aroma and very bland taste, mild hops and wheat. Smooth going down. Overall average offering.
