Look: Hazy golden amber with a thick sticky head. Smell: Big fresh juicy citrus hops, grassy hops, more citrus, a bit heavy and boozy, sticky and sweet. Dank.

Taste: A big bite of fresh apricot and pineapple followed by peaches and a grassy earthy hop that flows in to bring the sticky sweet malt as the peach notes linger. Delicious.

Mouthfeel: Chewy and resinous. It's a big beer and sits big on the tongue. Finish is sticky but not cloying with a slight booze warm on the finish.

Overall: Another killer brew from this team. It's big and sticky but those beautiful hops notes truly shine through and put this brew over the edge. The booze could be dialed in a bit more but this is their first batch on a new system and for me it competes with the big boys in Vermont and blows away brewers with much bigger systems. Rhode Island we have a gem here. Do the right thing. Drink local.

Another winner from Proclamation. Slightly hazy yellow-orange color. Big head that dissipates to leave nice lacing. Smell is big grassy-ness with some citrus. Taste is strong grassy & weedy with a bit of pine and a little orange flavor. Light feel & easy to drink. I think I like the juiciness of The Stalk better but this is excellent nonetheless.

Consumed 11/3/16

A: Golden at its core with some light orange and straw - hazy - pours with a small white head, fades to a small collar and a wispy cap

S: Unique hop profile, with some citrus but mostly green aromas - some orange and grapefruit flesh, floral citrus - leafy, herbal hops, with some resinous hops and grass - mint - in a word, green - on the mild side, though - pale malts, light bread - very clean

T: Follows the aroma, with some citrus flesh, orange juice, grapefruit zest - more of a pronounced pine flavor, with some pine and hoppy resin - herbal, leafy, grassy, minty - medium bitterness - light, pale malts, touch of bread dough - fairly neutral malts, very clean overall

M: Medium body, very smooth, medium carbonation, refreshing and very drinkable

O: I'm pretty sure hops don't have tendrils, but whatever

Tendril is an interesting IPA. It's an interesting blend of modern West Coast and East Coast influences. I would enjoy a bit more fruitiness, but at the very least it's ridiculously drinkable. Definitely worth a try.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Leaves minimal lacing.

Aroma is earthy and lightly citrusy. Some grass.

Taste follows the nose. Lots of sweet citrus up front followed by some earthy flavors. A bit grassy and lightly piney. Also slightly musty.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. This beer has the dryest finish I've ever had. Leaves my mouth dryer than grandma's panties.

Overall a pretty solid beer. Has a nice flavor and aroma.
