Tropical fruits in the nose, mild brett bite in the finish, this beer covers a lot of ground. Bready, doughy malts in the back, more smooth citrus hops in the flavor. The overall feel is very balanced. There's enough sweetness to balance the tart, and enough bitterness to check the sweetness.

Bottle shared by some kind soul deep in the woods of Maine, thank you kind stranger. Slightly hazy dirty golden color. Rich citrus with lots of funk. Tannic wine notes with juicy fruits and hints of leather and oak. I'd love to sit down with one of these and evaluate a bit more.

A: Cloudy amber with medium lacing.

S: Brett heavy with a ripe sweetness from the pinot barrel.

T: Tart and dry. Citrus from the dry hopping along with bitterness and slight red fruits from the barrel. The hops really shine as it warms.

M: Medium carb with a stickiness from the hops.

O: Quite good but still a tad young. The hops will fade but the Brett will start to mature soon enough. It will possibly bring out the barrel qualities. Excited to see where this goes. Expecting big things from Proclamation Ale Company.
