Notes: This amped up mother, of earth shredding greenery, is our full scale hop assault. It's made with some like, some love, (and also some hate.) May it put your kisshole in a headlock, and not let go, like your big brother used to do, but with less wedgies. Enjoy?

Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, CTZ hops.

Murky yellow with a white ring and spotted lacing. Grassy and floral hops finish out a nose with orange, lemon, mango, and papaya. Taste is much the same, decent pine sets into the hops. Peach and lychee in the mix too with mango taking a step back. Feel is smooth and sneaky heavy with sharp and bitter hops breaking through in a rewarding way. Well rounded neipa

Can from Whole Foods on the UES. Pours hazy dark orange gold with two fingers of steadfast fluffy white head, nice lacing, smell is grassy/herbaceous bread dough, hints of caramel, citrus rind, and pine, taste is honey/candy/caramel malts up front with a kick of vegetal pithy bitterness in the middle, bit of an astringent/alcohol burn, mellows to grapefruit rind that lingers, feel is medium bodied with mild carbonation. A nice bitter punch in the mouth.

Canned on 8/7/20
Purchased, opened and reviewed on 9/24/20
Review # 1978. My birth year.

White out style haze with the golden/orange color. Full bore, fluffy white done cone is tight.

A creamy tropical fruit aroma. The hops have a dense sweetness, ripe berries and whipped cream. Pineapple and honey..tangy slightly from dem hops.

An absolute assault on the palate! Dense layers of canned pineapple chunks, mango puree and whipped cream. The hops are deep, juicy, chunky and bitter, boozy to finish. Multiple layers of flavor complexity is obvious.

Full, thick, smooth, bitter, dry and boozy feelz. Hits hard.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow, golden pour, frothy off-white head, spotty lacing. Light malty and fruity aroma. Taste comes in much stronger, hoppy, mixture of dank and citrus. Juicy feel. Hefty bitter finish.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 8/7/20, so a month old. Tavour shipment.

Thick orange juice body. Small white head persists in some form throughout, and leaves excellent lacing throughout.

Aroma is lightly of fruit, and a little dank.

On tasting, its thick, fruity, hoppy, lightly dank, and mouth watering.

Mouth is full, finish a little bitey and hoppy. Also a warmth spreading through the chest.

Overall, well, it's just an excellent interpretation of the double NE ipa. Sorry to only have a single.

From a 16 oz. can dated 08/07/2020. Sampled Aug 31, 2020.

It most definitely has that opaque, murky, hazy straw yellow color with only a modest, foamy white head.

An aroma of fruit, herbal and dank sensations with a white cereal grain character blow that.

Medium to full mouthfeel but smooth.

It is rare that I get alcohol in these Double IPA's but I am getting that in the flavor here. Otherwise sweet, herbal, and dank with a bolder hop finish than some in this style.

Golden yellow color, 3F head in a Garrison Teku.
Aroma is not prominent: earthy, citrus.
One of the better MFs I tasted in a while- very smooth.
Taste is strong tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus and earthy.
Excellent beer.
Note that the current brew has Citra, Mosaic and Vic secret hops.

Thank you Sawdog505 for this can!

A - Opaque medium orange gold color with moderately dense white creamy lacing.

S - Citrus, blueberry, mango, pine, peach, and peppery spice on the nose.

T - Fruity, spicy earthiness from start to finish. Citrus, peach, mango, blueberry, and finishes with a spicy lingering earthy sweetness.

M - Thick and chewy with prominent carbonated pricklies upfront giving way to a soft finish.

O - Really dig the fruity, spicy, earthiness of this beer. Recommended.

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass canned on 1/6/20. Pours a hazy orange, with a 2 plus finger sticky white head that leaves a thick wall of lace behind with excellent retention. 4.25

Smell melon, papaya, pineapple, apricot, and a hint of grapefruit rind. 4

Taste follows melon, papaya, pineapple, tangerine, apricot, and a little grapefruit bitterness in the bold finish. 4

Mouthfeel is bigger than average, soft gentle carbonation, sticky not dry, and at 8.5% goes down dangerously easy. 4.25

Overall a nice beer and it almost feels like if I let it hang in the can another week it may be even better. A little green maybe, but rock solid stuff. 4

As usual, this was a beer that I traded for a while ago and took ages to get to. Canned on 1/11/18 DAVE'S MID-LIFE CRISIS written underneath it, this held up over the last year and a half and had less sediment than the statement on the label indicated. This was the first beer from Proclamation that I rated and reviewed here at home and it was so much fun to have, as it's humorous description held true to form!

Good pour to this as the milky, muted golden hue was topped off with plenty of head that faded a bit faster than I would have liked. Spotty lacing remained along the back of my pint glass and only about a quarter of the way down. Tropical fruit, wet grass, dank hops, and deep floral notes came through but taste was where this bee really shone. Deep tangerine cream, earthy pine, overripe fruit, and an underlying herbaceous tone all combined to make this heavy and complex while inviting me to have another sip. Quite the outdoorsy feel to this with stone fruit sweetness on the level of guava or apricot, as the liquid was moderately slick with just enough of a presence of resin.

Enough booze was in here as well but when you're dealing with something as complex as this, an accompanying amount of alcohol would be needed to stay on par with this beer's heft. Not a lot of carbonation as there were hints of oat and spelt here, to give this the body it deserved. Really enjoyed this beer and how well it held up, along with the quasi-trippy label! Glad I was able to give this one a go...
