Michigan blueberries & blackberries fuel a second flavorful fermentation of this beer after its residence of several months in our House of Funk sour cellar.

Had at beer fest in Ypsilanti, 2018. 2015 Incorrigible Reserve - White Sour Ale with Berries.
Also had the Gin Barrel Aged Incorrigible Sour Beer which was 10/10 (some vinegar taste but very good).

Smells like Tuna. Everything else is great, and the smell doesn't affect the taste too much.

So this took the original to the next level, so no longer a gateway sour but a second level entrance. Cool, jammy berries, lacto, barrel funk, and slight vinegar add more dynamic elements to the taste especially. Feel is still bright and light, but now funk and lacto give you more to wrap your mind around. What does level 3 look like I wonder?

Bottled June 2016, consuming April 2017 and poured into a tulip:
L: hazy amber copper
A: white grapes and white wine
F: sour, amazingly sour
T: sour, berries, and wine almost feels like wine but then the malt appears and it's then you realize it's a beer and not a wine.
O: nearly perfect, would like a little more berry in aroma and more white in color but other than that it's the best sour I ever had and even @ 4.5 abv it ages quite nicely.

A clear orange body with almost no head. Smells sour, with a hint of berries. Taste is slightly sour, grain & berries. Carbonation was not waisted on a head. Excellent thirst quencher.

Pours an effervescent orange/claret with a sliver of rapidly dissapearing cream colored head. Stays effervescent, zero head retention & lacing
S: Tartness & berries, faint vinegar & slight oakyness
T: Tart raspeberry & cherry, & dryness up front. Raspberry with a touch of vanilla as this warms, along with lemony tartness & a little blackberry. Finishes tart with blueberry, lemon sweet tart & a little bit oaky dryness
MF: Light body with delicate carbonation, a little enamel clinging stickyness
Drinks pretty easy, a very refreshing take on the style
