Pours a hazy golden amber. Small frothy head that disciples quickly. Nice carbonation.
Sweet fruit, malts, hops, pepper aroma.
Fresh hop, grapes, pepper, grant Smith apple taste. Carmel back.
Slick, sweet and semi dry mouth feel. There's a nice bitterness in the back.
Sorry, I'm not site what a wet hop is supposed to taste like, wish I did, but this isn't a bad Farmhouse Ale.

This is a fantastic pale ale. Perfect amount of citrus hop zest. Beautiful color and a fluffy white head. Moderate lacing. IMO this is a very underated beer indeed. Actually quite delicious and tasty.

12 ounce bottle into a lager glass. Pours slightly hazy, apricot-amber color with a dense off-white head. Good retention. Leaves soapy lacing clinging to the glass.

Aroma: Herbal/floral and fruity, with hints of hay, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and orange. Good complexity.

Flavor: Moderately strong and dominated by fruity hop tones. Grapefruit with hints of lemons and orange peel. A touch of caramel and faint, light bread. Moderately bitter.

Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation and body. Semi-dry finish.

Overall: a very nice wet hopped APA that's more hop-forward than average.

12oz bottle dated 10/12/15 poured into a pint glass
A: Light orange with a 1/2-finger head
S: Fresh citrus zest (orange/lemon) with hints of pine & earth
T: Very generic malt-forward with a bit of dry hops. None of the freshness of the nose
M: Medium-bodied, dry in a cardboard not sweetness way
O: The wet hops are there in the aromas and it's a promising concept but either MI can't compete with the Pacific NW or there's something else going on so that these hops don't come through to their full potential
