12 oz bottle poured into a New Holland imperial pint
Pairings: Seafood, corn, veggies, and mild white cheeses.
A - Clouded by suspended fine particles, this pale yellow beer is crowned by a firm white cap of bubbles, which leave lace covering the whole pint!
S - Crisp, dry pale malt provides minimal sweetness and remains unintrusive behind the hard mineral water-like aroma that's a staple for the style. Light floral hopping compliments the ever-so-slight white fruit suggestion on the back end.
T - Pale malt offers hard, grainy flavor that is complimentary of the mineral water flavor and balanced by soft floral hoppiness on the beer's finish.
M - Full Circle's soft entry leads to an increasingly harder finish but the beer remains classic; crisp, clean, and easily drinkable.
O - New Holland's lightest, easiest drinking beer isn't a cheapie; Full Circle wonderfully represents the classic German style. It's simple, crisp, and clean with lovely drinkability!

Brewed on 2/13/23. Out of a 12 ounce can, on to the beer:
What initially forms as a bone white two finger's thick head dissolves into a short soapy lacing on top a golden rod colored beer. A few squirts of visible bubbles rise from bottom to top. Soft aroma, attractive in the warmer month as I am in drinking this beer. It smells like a kölsch; grass-like with vague fruitiness. Nothing great nor underwhelming.
The taste brings more to the plate than I was expecting. Light-medium bodied, heavier per style, and producing soft waves of flavor. It's a kölsch, but with a few tiny flaws which keep Full Circle from going to the next level. It's not as crisp and feels more slick to my liking, and the bitterness seems to take on an accent of aluminum. Still, they're tiny flaws in the whole scheme, and the overall picture is a beer which I would be satisfied to put down several of.

They must be making this again as a shipment arrived where I work. Overall I found this decently tasting and refreshing. A decent example of the style.
This is definitely slightly better out of the keg
