New Holland Full Circle | New Holland Brewing Company. Poured from the bottle into a pint glass, this has a two finger thick head, with solid lacing, and a medium golden amber body.

I smell bright, lively malts and grassy grains.

Tastes like a full-bodied, clean, and quenching version of the scent.

Overall, I'll give New Holland Full Circle | New Holland Brewing Company a rating of a 4.25

New Holland Full Circle brewed by New Holland Brewing Company, with an ABV of 4.90% This brew pours out a hazy golden amber color with a small white head. There is some nice spotty lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is rich with sweetness, grains and malts. There is also a slight tartness in the smell of this brew. The look and the smell are really inviting, kinda different. Now for the taste, it is full of grains and malts. There is a slight bitter sweet taste to this brew, however it is really mild. Light on the hops . I will give it this, it is different, but in a good way. The body of New Holland Full Circle is a soild medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a real nice balance to it. This kolsch goes down nice and smooth. The mouth feel is Rich, Smooth, Clean, and Refreshing. Overall I'm giving New Holland Full Circle a 4.25 out of 5. I would look this brew up again. New Holland Brewing Company, did a nice job with this brew.

12oz bottle, served in a willi becher glass. Pours a clear golden yellow body, one finger short-lived white head, not much retention. Only a bit of lacing. Smell is grain, a bit of mineral, slight floral hop bite, green apple. Not particularly complicated, but certainly not bad. Flavour follows; more of a crisp and grainy sweetness, a little bit of mustiness. Slight floral and earth hop bite. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, refreshing, good carbonation, not too bitter though not too deep either. A solid kolsch, not a terrible representation of the style.

Pours a very pale color with half inch head. Smells a lot like a adjunct lager. Goes down quite dry and minimum bitterness, but maltiness is definitely apparent. Not sure if it's the style or if it's just this beer, but this one is not for me.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of apples and green grapes are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is very fruity, having flavors of green grapes along with hints of apples. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little thin on the palate and could use a bit more in the way of malts and hops.

8/20....pours dark bronze with minimal white foam. Straw and light grassy nose. Taste opens with a light citrus lemon. Turns right, into a chewy malt. I let this sit a bit too long. Underlying sweet and soft flavor profile. Picks up the Kolsch style well.

Weak yellow gold pour with a scant wispy head. Lemony yeasty aromas. Honey smack cereal. Taste is faintly bitter with supple malt and fruit sweets. A lemony essence with yeasties. A medium finish that has a clean feeling yet the sugars residue the tongue. I've been through a six pack and each bottle has poured definitive black specks that fall to bottom of glass. Yeast formation? I've searched the Internet with no results for black specks in pour. Haven't got sick but I find this unsettling! Just a FYI. Would not buy again.
