355 ml bottle served at a little below room temperature. Purchased a six pack for about $2.25 CDN per bottle.

Appearance - black and ominous, topped by a finger of near white head that doesn't last. A couple minor streaks of lacing but not much else. Still have to love the color of this oatmeal stout.

Smell - roasty with plenty of chocolate. A bit of coffee but the chocolate is more dominant. A touch of vanilla too.

Taste - light surprisingly sweet chocolate and mild coffee and vanilla flavor. Maybe some caramel. Definitely on the sweet side, but it works here with the creaminess.

Mouthfeel - very smooth and creamy more so than others. Substantial body and moderate carbonation.

Overall - very nice and sweet oatmeal stout with a great feel. Definitely worth a try particularly if you're in the mood for a hefty stout that's on the sweeter side.

Pours a deep brown that settles in the glass black. Left a inch tall tan head that stuck around for a long while, left a lot of lacing behind.

Smells of oats and malts, the scent seems somehow sweet.

Tastes of dark roasted oats, takes on a hint of coffee. Slight bitter end.

This is very smooth, full-bodied, medium carbonation.
