Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance.

Nice and tart, very pale golden, almost whitish. Pours out with thin airy head, aroma of tart apples, flavor is more tart apples and a sharp yeasty element. Dry finish.

Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Clear light golden apricot pour with 1 finger of fizzy white head. Falls fast... modest lacing.

S: Tart and funky. Green fruit and lemon citrus.

T.F: Tart up front... just shy of a pucker. Funky... unripened fruit.. pear, green apple, and a bit of pineapple. Lemon citrus and vinegar... maybe some dry white wine. Light bodied with effervescent carbonation.

O: An outstanding and sessionable sour. Great flavor and love the low ABV. A good pick if you want a sour you can drink for awhile.

Unknown vintage; drank 6/12/15 @ Village Inn.

See-through golden appearance.

Almost no white head; no lace.

Burnt caramel, apple juice & mild tartness in the nose.

Medium thin mouthfeel with a champagne bite.

Slightly tart apple flavor; not as complex as the nose promised but a refreshing summer sipper.

Poured from 22oz bottle into glass. Stamped on bottle is bottling date of '08/30/17 10:04'.
Pale gold colored body, cloudy. Fizzy head dissipates to just a partial cap fed by bubbles. No lacing.
Tart, lemon aroma. Barnyard funk also.
Taste is more tart than sour, but some sourness is there too. Has definite green apple, pear and lemon aspects. Slight white wine vinous.
Not really dry enough to encourage rapid sipping. This is not a nuanced sour, with multiple layers than appear within the taste profile.
More toward a medium mouth feel, with the tart aspects dominant.
This would be best on a warmer spring day, or when paired with spicy cheese, fruit, and charcuterie board.

Good and especially great for the price, but lots of vinegar to the taste. Not much fruit, acedic body and moderate carbonation.

A decent sour worth checking out...hard to find a $5 bomber of a sour out there.
