Great food and atmosphere. Been coming here for about 15 years now. The beers are always phenomenal and I am a sucker for the pickle pizza. One of the best breweries in Michigan.

The place is legendary, and with every good reason.
At first we were surprised that we probably needed to have a reservation, but we made one (two, actually, because we came back for lunch the next day), and quickly came to appreciate the value — not having to wait even a minute when we arrived.
We loved the beer garden seating.
The beer was simply outstanding, and the food was excellent.
The only reason I didn’t rate the service more highly: our evening server was inattentive at best, though it looked like other servers were caring well for their tables. Our lunch server the next day was excellent.

This is a very large place at the east end of the shopping district on 8th. I enjoyed everything that I drank on tap. Huge variety. A handful of Dragon's Milk varieties. The food was a mixed bag. Some was really good. Some not so much. Fries were incredibly salty. All in all, it's worth a visit.

I visited New Holland a couple weeks ago when I made a little trip out to the lake while visiting that part of Michigan. When I was there, they had 28 beers on tap with a wide variety of styles. Lots of IPAs and versions of Dragons Milk stout, along with sours, a kölsch, you name it (they also have a ton of seltzers if that's your jam). I had the session IPA, kölsch, and one of the hazies. All were pretty good, though the kölsch was maybe the best of the lot.
The bar is huge with exposed brick and tin ceilings; it is a restaurant and definitely feels like one. Service up at the bar is perfectly decent. As for food, I had the reuben, which absolutely hit the spot.

Visited with my wife on a recent trip to Holland, MI and Milwaukee, WI.
Tried the following:
New Holland Passion Blaster (sample)
New Holland Mad Hatter American IPA (draft)
New Holland The Poet: Port Barrel Aged (sample)
New Holland Hoptronix Double IPA (draft)
Beers ranged from good to outstanding. Large, varied tap lineup with a wide range of styles on offer. My wife liked her “Pack of Mules” gin cocktails. Fun and bustling atmosphere on the outdoor patio. Service was strong as our glasses were always full and the bartender did a commendable job of describing the beers. Also bought some schwag and beer to go from the retail store. Our overall experience was exceptional, and we would happily come back.

An effective community gathering place on a Saturday afternoon to watch college football and shop in downtown Holland.
This is a large facility with at least three restaurant rooms, a long bar with with two dozen tables and a swag/bottleshop. And all filled with happy customers.
So the Vibe and New Holland's longevity (almost 25 years) are all good... well above average.
I should not make a comprehensive judgment of their beer. I had reviewed only two of their seven beers; indicating that I'd had five pre-BA (for me, pre-2016.) For today's flight of four (three of which I had rated, but not reviewed), so I am glad to be able to give more proper reviews. All that qualified ... I do not consider the Quality of New Holland beers to be much above average given that they are 25 years old. (Instead of focussing on just beers, New Holland also has an extensive list of distilled spirits.)
Service was fine. The bartender was very patient with all my questions, despite having a full house.
In principle for Selection, I don't give high points to houses who offer no other breweries. My main complaint is this lack of competitive comparisons to a crafters primary audience can often result in a modest efforts to improve quality. This also may explain why New Holland's quality has not grown with its years.
Nonetheless, New Holland's brewery has served a good purpose for reviving the downtown and its citizens !

Enjoyed the Pub on 8th, but I didn't see that listed here. Lots of space, great choice on beers to include crowlers and an excellent food menu. It gets a little loud with a long wait, but definitely worth it.

It has a woody and a touch of smoke.
Coffee comes out slightly with a hint of something “complexed” ;)

Nice location downtown Holland. I was here in the early afternoon so it wasn't busy. Service wasn't the best but I would give them another try as it could have just been a one time thing.

Pretty good atmosphere, but usually very busy. Great beer selection and food menu. LPT: Order a "Dead Poet", which is half Dragon's Milk and half Poet.

Go every year to beer fest. Great atmosphere for family and kids. Their anniversary was this year and put on an awesome event. Food and service is good. Lot of things to do in town and around brewery.

Nestled in a real cool part of downtown with many quaint shops. Nice, big bar/eatery area and large retail area. Very friendly sales people, and one of the brewers was there to take people on tours so I bent his ear for a while. We did all the variants of Dragons milk, including the Triple Mash. Holy Cow that was good! They had tons of varieties including many one-offs.

I love the ambience of New Holland Brewery's restaurant! Their specialty pizzas like their Pesto Pizza is as good as any pizza joint. Good balance between pizza, sandwiches, and main entrées. On tap beers are much, much better than their bottled beers.
