We brewed Grits 'n' Greens with our good friends from @creaturecomfortsbeer and it has Georgia grown grits and wheat and was hopped entirely with NZ hops: Wakatu, Wai-iti and Nelson Sauvin. Our first Pilsner ever and just in time for summer.

On tap at Haymaker.
3.75/4.5/3.5/3.5/4
Bright yellow with creamy head. Clear and effervescent.
It smells fantastic. All hops, no lager. Bursting with fruit and bitter flowers.
Kind of flat and creamy, as odd as that sounds. Vaguely nitro-esque. This is a mild mouthfeel complaint that fades by the aftertaste, which is crisp and carbonated. The flavor is muted, but still pleasantly hoppy, with a grassy, lemony feel.
Points for style. As far as pilsners go, this is an interesting and tasty one.
