Collab with 3 Stars Brewing Company. The table version is fermented with a rustic farmhouse strain and a single brettanomyces strain. Clean but complex flavor emphasizing the contribution from the buckwheat and millet.

Completely flat, maybe a bad bottle.

Snagged this and the other version at the brewery not too long ago when they went on sale...decided to open them side-by-side. this beer is a really nice light soft saison that almost toes the line of a hefe. big wheat notes lend this one to have a nice orangy flavor without being too sweet and in your face. subtle and easy drinking. really enjoyed this! the brett version is a totally different beer and more saison like...both were very tasty.
