Notes: Double Dry Hopped Double Mosaic Dream is our standard Double Mosaic dry hopped a second time with a mosaic lupulin powder. Lupulin powder is a new hop product that is similar to our standard hops but with all the extra plant filler stripped away. It’s pure hops and it’s awesome.

Pours a hazy gold with a quickly dissipating white head. On the nose tropical fruits and melon. On the palate lots of citrus, pineapple , and tropical fruit. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, an outstanding ddh NEIPA.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Fortnite. Con queso morado de Codi. Su gran equilibrio, suavidad y facilidad de trago son la gran baza de esta birra, que de no ser por su excesivo precio aquí sería ideal para beberla a diario sin cansarse

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 5/19/21. Pours a hazy yellow with a half finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with nice retention. 4.5

Aroma is papaya, mandarin, slightly dank marijuana, peach, and apricot. 4.25

Taste follows mandarin, papaya, marijuana, peach, and apricot really well balanced. 4.25

Mouthfeel is above medium, a tad sticky but not dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 8.5% really easy going down. 4.25

Overall this is a really nice NEDIPA, but honestly I was expecting even more. I think this brewery at one point put out some of the best NEDIPAs I have ever had and this one is just good. Thanks @jzeilinger. 4.25

Picture yourself in a boat on a river
With single hop additions and bright mosaic skies
Everyone smiles as you drift past tap lines
As you drink, you get incredibly high

Welcome to a beer that elevates itself above the rest of its class. Such a beautiful beer.

Drinking from a keg in a 13oz snifter. Just a great moment defining that there are still flashes of self indulgence that enhance the expectations with small treasures in dark times.

Bright neon yellow orange color and a sweet tropical nose with a boozy hint. Full mouthfeel and taste follows the nose. Don’t miss out

Drink, enjoy, express.

16oz canned 11-17-20, opened 1-10-21.
2 finger off white head with excellent staying power - enough density to hang out over the rim of the glass for a minute.
Electric orange-gold and opaque. Full, sticky lacing.
Orange and mango. with a light pine aroma. Some of the "berry" quality is evident late.
Sweet orange, pithy bitterness and mango nectar.
Full body, low + carbonation, prickly mouthfeel with some 8.5% heat. Soft but persistent bitterness in a slightly sweet finish.
Very Good.

Well rounded nose with mango and pineapple. The fruit flavors are more muted in comparison to the nose. On the sweeter, malty body. Was expecting a little more from this highly rated DIPA. Chalking this up to the Nov canning date vs today's date of consumption.

So excited to obtain one of these to sample, let’s give er a try! Hazy and deep golden with a fading white head, certainly looks nice for the style. Honestly, typical mosaic tropical nose is nice but nothing overwhelming here. Ok, wonderful flavor here! This is where this brew really rises above the rest of the hazy lot that’s all over the place now. Tropical and dare I say “just the right amount of sweet” with the perfect blend of gentle bitterness on the end. The feel on this beer is also top notch, prickly, creamy and just the right thickness. I’ve rarely been blown away by a highly rated brew, this one deserves it.

Can. White head with lace. Hazy burnt golden orange.

This one is a bit sweeter compared to most OH hazies. Still soft and juicy. Peach yogurt. Mango and orange. Papaya. Very tropical, but not super juicy. Soft and creamy, but not bitter.

I have wanted to try this for a long time, but this one didn’t stack up to some of the other OH haze ipas.

Fantastic beer--potentially Other Half's best among a flotilla of great IPAs. Citrus aroma explodes from the can the second you flip the top. Beer pours gold, somewhat hazy. The taste evolves, tangerine prominent, delivering both fruit and bitterness. Brilliant!

A disproportionately gargantuan blast of tangerines is followed up by notes of mango, raw papaya, grass jelly, and even more sweet citrus. Just a disclaimer, I'm having a really hard time writing this review as I drink because this drinks absurdly smooth and easy. There's a hint of biscuit-y malt toward the back which neatly keeps all the aromas from running amok.

Stupid is as stupid does, or in this case, Mosaic tastes as Mosaic smells. Nice sweet citrus up front, accentuated by huge notes of tropical fruit and just a hint of earthiness. The malt along with the grapefruit rind bitterness once again plays a mediating role as it re-primes your tongue for sip after sip after... oh look, my beer's gone already.

The body on this one is a little more substantial than the beers I've been drinking from North of where this is brewed and far Northwest from where this is brewed; medium-bodied with an almost chewy consistency. Slight creamy initial mouthfeel with no booze burn whatsoever.

2 month old can. An extra from a recent trade. Way passed its prime. Malty mess. Very surprised how fast these fade away. I've had some really great NEIPAs with 3 months on them and never taste this off... Damn shame.

After being politely asked to vacate my Lyft for defecating in my freshly ironed Skidz, I'm dumped curbside in front of the gleaming ray of light known as Other Half Brewing. Waddling in like an elderly penguin entering a Best Western, I catch the attention of a beautiful bartender and order a beer. I take a sip and I’m instantly transported to Gordon Blevins' basement circa 1999. With Crazy Town’s smash hit “Butterfly” blastin' and ol' Blevy by my side, I couldn’t think of a happier time… until now. My Double Dry Hopped Double Mosaic Dream has finally come true. Unlike my shorts, this beer is super clean, light bodied and crisp, with no lingering flavors. It's super drinkable—you keep going back for more. Juicy, pithy tropical fruit on the back and peach supporting it nicely in the crack. A very nice DDH DIPA with a bitter bite in the finish. Just another great IPA from a great brewery.

CROWLER™ thanks to myself.

Bottom of can: 2/19/19

Straw golden color with slight amber hues. A fluffly and bubbly white foam keeps it high. Light coverage, displaying sticky lace.

Mosiac hop has to be one of the most diverse hops in every way. The aroma is of sweet tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus and melons. The malt is a light, crispy grain and a smooth creamy style smell, very light and golden aromatics. Big time nose.

The tropical fruity hop complexity from the Mosiac is pretty high grade. The hop flavor rolls on and on with multiple layers. A sharp earthy, dry texture kicks in, peppery pineapple a dry citrus tones soon roll in. Oranges with black pepper and dry crispy pilsner style malt all mingle together for a bit until it all finishes dry and hearty. A milky, smoothness happens within the malty feel and flavor that lingers on as creamy, and then more orange citrus tones come back. Like I said, complex, with layers.

The dry hopped Mosiac approach makes for a seriously deep hoppy groove in both mouthfeel and flavor. The aftertaste of fresh, dry hops keeps going long after the last sip. Obviously complexity is vety high concidering the quality and balance of malt/hops. The ale yeast is always very neautral and clean, which allows the hops to shine and malt to hold it all down. You would never know this is 8.5% abv. Because of the heady complexity and dry tones. The alcohol only adds further depth to an already heady brew.

Pours dark yellow. Smells of hops like a typical New England IPA. Solid beer, but reminds me a lot of some of the other IPAs I've already had. I think the addition of lupulin powder adds nuance to the typical hop profile.
