Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with somewhat good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of hoppy floral undertones notes of citrus, grapefruit with some tropical notes. Taste is also dominated by citrusy hops undertones with some tropical notes and grapefruit with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Another enjoyable NEIPA form OH.

Canned 11/30/17. ‘Wangs N Thangs’.

Pours like orange juice, hazy with some sticky white foam that clings to the glass.

Nose is bitter oranges, hints of onion, and rye. And overall muted nose but it finishes oddly sharp.

Bitter grapefruit and hops, not a juice bomb like so many hazys nowadays which is a nice shift. Dry stone fruits, hops, and bitter citrus round this one out.

The body is great, if not maybe slightly thin. Very creamy, the lactose really becomes present here. Sticky and smooth finish.

Ended up getting a full 4-pack of this from Other Half as all of the labels were different (and I had to see if pink one tasted better). This turned out to be one of the more typical brews that I've had from Other Half and if you love what they produce, you won't be disappointed here; although this didn't break any new ground whatsoever.

Dank, orange, and somewhat muted, this had the look that characterized a typical Other Half beer. Plenty of spongy head topped this off and there was plenty of lacing on the side of my Teku glass as I worked my way through this. Orange, onion, scallion, and melon filled the extremely muted nose as all of those clashed in the taste. Tough to pick out the rye but the fullness from the oats was there and the lactose emerged as an underlying creamy tone to the jumbled range of flavors present here. The melon and cantaloupe pith ended up winning out in the end, which left me (proverbially and literally) with an odd taste in my mouth when all was said and done.

Dated 11/30 on the bottom of the can with WANGS N THANGS written below it, this wasn't terribly strong at all when it came to the booze. Fans of Other Half or Burial won't be disappointed here though I kept waiting for this to take off. It didn't and as it was, it was more noteworthy for the Warhol-like labels than anything else...
