Notes: All In IPA (7.2%) brewed in collaboration with Barrier, Carton, and Interboro is the final of our 4 way. Brewed with copious amounts of wheat and oats and a judicious dose of lactose sugar then hopped with Cashmere, Citra, Idaho 7 and Columbus.

L - heck of a collab lineup! Pours your typical OH NEIPA. Extra hazy with a quickly dissipating head.

S - aroma is muted, but I'm getting whiffs of acidic melon, dank lemon, and white bread.

T - earthy and grassy without being bitter. There's a distinct graininess, like tasting the aroma of a brewery. Loads of oats and a sweet melon juiciness. Some lingering bitterness and surprising dryness.

F - the lactose sugar makes this much more mealy than I'd expect flavor is light and herbal, but the feel is sticky and sweet. I can feel my enamel rotting away!

O - oat-heavy beer that results in a refreshing, herbaceous, and lightly fruity beerxperience. Complex and unique, but maybe a touch unrefined.

This beer pours like orange juice into the glass with a two finger, frothy, bright white head. Retention is above average and there are many sticky rings and chunks of lacing left on the glass.

Smell is mango, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and dank herbs.

Taste is similar, but kind of muddled. The can is 9 days old and it tastes like I should have waited another week or two to crack it. Kind of green tasting with moderate bitterness.

Feel is light side of medium, soft and silky smooth with low carbonation.

Overall this is a very good beer, but the flavors were not as smooth and seamless as most Other Half beers, especially those with lactose. Will have to report back in a week or 2 upon cracking the next can.

Can't say that I've ever had a collaboration with quite a lineup such as this as it was almost possible to trace each brewery's history with this beer. Soft, full, and well-rounded, this was really enjoyable and easily accessible as it was full and full-flavored without being overly strong at the same time!

This beer poured and looked like orange juice as it slickly filled my pint glass up. Little head could be seen as it was all liquid and the lacing was sparse after a moderate ring that was near the top. Hazy and somewhat dark, there wasn't any sediment at the bottom of the beer as this held up well over time. Tangerine, vanilla cream, oats, and overripe fruit filled the nose as the taste contained all of those as well. Some dankness, herbal notes, and onions entered the mix as this warmed up with this beer being wonderfully complex but easy to sip and savor at the same time. Light lactose sweetness and body from the wheat gave this a pleasing mouthfeel as the aftertaste was subtly sweet and creamy.

Canned on 3/01/18 with "ACES FULL" written under it, I loved the name and design of this beer as it seemed like everyone involved put in all that they could with this. Sometimes, too many cooks spoil the broth but in this instance, the end result was a brew that I'd reach for again, if that was possible!
