Pours a lovely, cloudy pale yellow with a fat finger of creamy-looking near-white head. Decent lacing.

Delicate aroma of white wine and lighter citrus fruit (clementines maybe) — slightly overripe and with the pith, skins and all. There’s a touch of pepper as well.

Really creamy tasting and more herbal than the nose suggested. The white wine and citrus elements are still there, but much more muted. Weed and some grassy bitterness show more in the aftertaste. There’s a kiss of alcohol as well.

Full bodied with a creamy feel and an almost gritty impression from the hopping.

Nice mix of dank and dainty in this one.

Tall can from the source...10/30/18 canning date stamped on the bottom.

Classic OH NEIPA pour, lighter squash soup in color, fully hazed, delicate and fluffy cap, leaving a full load of sheeting and fine scattered lacing.

Dank, hopped up nose, with some scallions/chives crashing the party.

More dank, more ripe tropical fruits, again scallions (not a big fan), pineapple, limes coming to mind.....heady, complex and pretty darn delicious....go get some

Well thanks to @akatz821 I just popped this beauty.
Mystery Beer #4 from our little NBS BIF 8.5.
His hint: "A collar of sorts."
OK. Pours a turbid golden orange. Yep, it's hazy. A fluffy froth rises assertively from the swirl. 2 of my fingers, and a bit more. Slowly recedes, and keeps a milky, off white pond scum cap. I see this as a compliment. Decent lacing.
Smells burst forth. It's definitely an NEIPA. I'm getting a bright floral citrus note. Really enticing. It's got a bit of lemon flower blossoms, orange flower blossoms, and a sweetness that conjures tangerine juice. I'm also getting a slight peppery note on the back end, that finally allows a hint of pithy grapefruit.
Taste is much of the same, but some pineapple comes in, gets a little more tropical as it warms, pushing the citrus back. Slowly, it moves in a dank direction, with a kiss of onion.
Mouthfeel is medium. But it's both creamy and a bit fluffy.

Wow!!! This is quite good. I've had a few experiences with Vic's Secret that left me gun shy. I must reconsider.

Typical OH good looks for an IPA, with a pungent hoppy nose that’s full of fruity notes with orange peel, tangerine and pineapple standing out. Flavor is very good as well but it just doesn’t stand out from thier other beers that combined two different hops. While this is a really tasty beer, on the Other Half scale it’s just average with plenty of citrus flavors balanced by a sweet malty backbone that has a hoppy bitterness mixed with graham cracker, fading sweet and dry.

L - 2.5 finger dense, yellowish head atop a translucent orange body.

S - pineapple, herb, orange.

T - follows the nose. Citrus and pineapple with a dosing of dank. Some vegetal hops in the middle (presumably the Vic). Grass, white wine. Moderate-low bitterness. Low sweetness. Low booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - the Galaxy is tasty, but not sure if the Vic adds anything.

This beer is pretty fantastic. I'm really surprised by some of the lower ratings here.
Pours a nice hazy yellowish with a bit of a white head.
Smell is all galaxy
Taste is a ton of galaxy with a little Vic Secret finish
A little sweet.
Mouthfeel is perfect for crushing.
This is a shade below Green from TH, but solid effort.

From a 16oz can, dated 10/30/18. Served in an IPA glass.

Pours a heavily hazed orange-gold with a finger-and-a-half of fluffy, pouffy suds. Retention is just better than OK, leaving a thick creamy collar and fair lacing.

A sweet-ish, flowery, perfumey nose of orange, pineapple and vanilla sugar cookies.

Taste follows the nose, reminiscent of some sort of pineapple cake, with minor notes of earth and pine bark. Simultaneously juicy and perfumey but there's a persistent petroleum-like taste that I'm doing my best to ignore but which keeps asserting itself.

Feel is smooth and juicy, medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Creamy slickness lingers.

Overall, I think this would have been very-most excellent except for the odd, kerosene off-taste that kept popping up. Maybe it was just the way the pine bark aspect of the vic secret and the booziness of the 8.5% abv was expressing itself on my palate but it didn't work for me. Fortunately, there were plenty of other delicious flavours going on to attenuate what may or may not have been an actual flaw.
