Vibrant yellowy-orange pour. The date on the can says 2/12 and I'm drinking it on 4/12 so I've got quite a bit of sediment on the bottom of my glass.

Smell is super citrusy. Tangerine, grapefruit and mango with maybe a hint of pineapple.

Taste is more subtle than the smell. Nice balance of tart and sweet. The citrusy flavors are the most prominent but there's also a hint of berry cream in there too. And some bitter resin in the finish which is nice and long.

Classic Other Half feel - slightly creamy and viscous but not too heavy. I wouldn't mind more carbonation but I suspect that might have something to do with the can being 2 months old.

It's a nice classic OH Double IPA. Nothing about it really stands out as special but it is a nicely balanced brew. Perfect for a warm spring day.

Poured from the can into a Spigelau IPA glass.

Thick custard yellow, strangely hints orange up to the light with not a movement in sight. Dollop creamed top of bright white bleached foam, that just doesn't budge. This looks more like a sundae than a beer, but that head formation, look and staying power are real impressive.

Aroma hits a real wonderful smoke and wood/earthy hop quality. Flirts with dank notes as well and hints of chewy pine flavors. Pretty much hop forward and one dimension with nothing else yeast or malt to pick up, but a good one.

Supper creamy palate on first sip, which gives to some real nice malt sweetness at first. Then the hop forward bonanaza kicks in with touch of grass and chewy earthy tones of smoke and slight weed. Finishes with a slight creamy sweetness, and a bit of dank astringent bitterness just to give it some edge.

More impressed by the feel of the beer than it's taste, which makes it taste even better if I could say that.

Has all the characteristics of a good OH DIPA including the citrus and tropical fruit filled nose that leads to the balanced taste that has a lot of malt, caramel, biscuit and toasted grains up front that are mixed with grapefruit, orange juice, tangerine, lime, peach, lemon, Sprite soda, orange creamsicle, herbs like weed, and what seems like coconut as it fades. Kind of a strange aftertaste, and it's a bit thin feeling...overall it was decent but not a stand out from these guys.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime, mint and cream are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime and cream with hints of coconut and mint. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has an interesting and unique combination of aromas and flavors from the hops in the smell and taste. It also drinks rather well considering its strength.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 12/29/21 (about about 50 days old) to a Nonic at fridge temp.
It has a muted aroma (age?) quite musty, hint of orange.
Hazy body of yellow leaning to orange. Medium 3/4" white head fades in a few minutes but laces well.
Taste is muted orange (age?) sweet up front. Has a dry swallow, sweetness comes back after followed by a dryout to bitter. In a blind tasting I would be hard pressed to say the ABV is as high as the label.
Other reviewers dissed the feel, I thought it was just right, creamy in the front with a nice carbonation cleanout.
Overall- Probably better fresher but good at 50 days in my opinion.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a good head and nice lacing. Aroma and flavor feature citrus, slightly sweet tropical fruit, and wheat. Mouthfeel is full, smooth, and creamy. Overall a solid (D)NEIPA but nothing really stands out, other than the slightly off-putting name.

Yellow in color with a hazy body and two fingers of fluffy white head which leaves excellent lacing.

Oranges all day everyday. Some bits of lemon peel and a string bitterness. A slightly resinous aroma complimented with some pineapple.

The bitterness and the oranges are still here from the aroma. Can't quite explain it, but it takes a while for the flavors to pop, but when they do, it is glorious. An interesting spike of coconut or pina colada brings in some diversity with a dank finish to boot.

A 8.5% DIPA, but the body is coming in a tad thin, although I would not call it watery by any means. The finish had dank bitterness for sure, but overall it comes out clean. Goes down pretty damn easy,

Great combo of citrus and bitterness. A fuller, fluffier body would launch it into the elite.

Thanks to WanderLlama for this one.
Hazy, muted gold. Fluffy white head, solid retention, good amount of lacing.
Nose: tangerine, orange zest, coconut, pineapple, and crackery malt.
Taste is more of a smooth ride, cruising around to different flavors. Sometimes they meld, sometimes they stick out as individuals. Tangerine, melon, orange, coconut (still there), mango, pineapple, peach, crackery malt, and some peppery herbal notes.
Mouthfeel is fluffy, active, and medium.
Overall, love it.

a: super hazy matte burnt pale yellow color. a bit of orange in here as well. 2 finger solid white head

s: huge note of tangerine upfront. pineapple, crackers, sweet lemons. orange juice, guava, and honeydew. tang powder and a huge creamsicle note at the end. some sweet grapefruit at the very back as well

t: a bit more mellow than the aroma. sweet oranges, tangerines, and apricot. sweet caramel and a bit of tea leaf at the back of the tongue. big biscuity notes and a touch of honeydew. not as jammed with flavor as i would have guessed from the aroma

m: fuller side of medium mouthfeel with strong carbonation

o: aroma is nice on this, but the flavor could use a bit more punch - both from the hops and malt

A: Honey straw/pastel yellow - par for style. Foam, evenly formed ecru head, mousse top, some beehive lacing.

S: Peach coconut water, tangerine crusted hands rubbed on spruce boughs during a mountain hike, shea butter, mango cramsicle, popsicle sticks, dried pineapple.

M: Super smooth, plush and soft carbonation. Med body. Has a welcoming warmth once settled in the gullet.

T: Soft tropical notes of guava, tangerine, melon/stone fruit, and mango. Overtaken by bitter/tart orange peel, lemon pez, pine, passionfruit and black currant. Overall, mellow, floral tilted beer with brisker notes of green sap/citrus that quickly overpower the tropical sweetness. Nothing really sticks on the palate too much, a little ephemeral and lacking in effect. Reminds me a lot of the sort of beers D96 likes to pump out.
