A new entry for Trillium and Friends Week we teamed up our mutual friends at Cloudwater Brewing to celebrate a little West Coast style IPA. A mash up of Trillium’s Bird series and Paul Jones’ mastery of socks, sandals and all things fannypack, we decided to use a tasty amount of Columbus Cryo, Mosaic, Chinook and Centennial.
