Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy bright golden pour with thick fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Wheat, grains, and lemon citrus.
T.F: Just like it smells. Crackery grains and wheat. Strong lemon citrus... lighter apricot and grass. Some sweetness and spice... hop bitterness for balance. Light bodied with effervescent carbonation. More citrus at the finish.
O: An outstanding wheat ale. Delicious and citrusy.

On tap:
Expectedly cloudy, a pale yellow/gold with orange highlights. White head with some resilience atop the body and against the glass.
Melon and tangerine mostly, with wheat and white grapefruit accents on the nose. The citrus comes through in the taste as well. The wheat makes an appearance mid-taste with a bit of a grain (more than bread-like) flavor. Little bit of watered down lemon tea in back, heavy on the lemon, oddly.
Medium up front, but as noted, somewhat watery in back. A very slight green grass bitterness builds in back. The citrus seemed to overshadow the wheat a bit too much initially. That went away and came back. I liked the more balanced tastes I got, but they weren’t the norm.
