Juicy, Hoppy, Fruity. A medium-bodied, aromatic, dry-hopped pale ale. Not quite an India pale ale, nor a typical American pale ale, we brew Raised by Wolves to highlight the rich flavors and aromas of hops rather than their bitterness. This beer has aromas reminiscent of lush tropical, citrus and stone fruits with a juicy body that you can sink your teeth into.

6/4/17 - On tap at Circa In Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C. Just dropped off the daughter for her summer internship. Served in your basic imperial pint glass. Copper color with nice white head. Lacing after each tasty sip. Not too hoppy and nice and smooth. Very drinkable. Will have to stop by the Brewpub next time I'm in town.

This one ours a light rusted looking orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells a bit stone fruit-ish, with a touch of caramel malt, and pine.
This is a very straightforward, mostly, pale ale, with a subtle but supportive malty breadiness on the back end, and a touch of citrus and stone fruit. The dominant hop character is just the clean piney bitterness.
This is light bodied, clean, and very drinkable.
This felt like a pretty solid if a little unexciting West Coast pale ale.

L- Pours Amber and moderately cloudy. Medium lingering head and light lacing.
S- Very floral hops. Im also getting a slight vegetal aroma and a bit of honey. Also a good bit of hoppy dankness
T- Citrus floral and dank hop flavors supported by a modertate malt backbone.
F- High carbonation and dry finish
O- A very good well balanced IPA. the hop choices are well rounded and the malt profile balances everything out.

From 12 oz can at Dogwood Tavern work Jake and Amy in Fall's Church Tavern.
Cloudy golden with very decent lacing.
Definitely dry and hoppy. The Brewer notes are a very good description of this style.

Good balance of light caramel, toasty maltiness and orange, grapefruit, and pineapple hop notes. Light-medium body with reasonably crisp, dry finish. Solid APA in the old-school mold.

Very moderate amount of white head. Medium, translucent orange, with golden yellow highlights, for the look. Easy amount of mixed citrus peel and some caramelized, medium toasted malt, for the aroma. Medium level of lemon/grapefruit peel, with medium low amount of medium toasted malt, for the taste. Medium light mouthfeel and very moderate bite.

Cask pour at Churchkey. Lovely massive head of tight tight foam, a blanket of lacing. Nose is quiet citrus and mild pine, flavor is muted and a touch muddy, but soft silky feel make this pretty solid nevertheless.

Nice and dry. There is a fruity smell, but I don’t feel that fruitiness quite so much in the flavor. It’s light and refreshing with a bit of a mouth taste that lingers.
