Nathan et al are crushing these all Lacto beers. Meant to mimic brut and is right on. Very sharp acidity without being too much. Unbelievable that its under 4%.

Really good Berliner Weisse! I’d have one of these over champagne any day!

I enjoyed it and so did my wife who rarely drinks beer. Fun slightly sour unique taste.

Light straw just shy of being clear. Generous white head, ok retention, nice lace.
Meyer lemon aroma, Smells quenching.
Very tart. Puckering. Meyer lemon flavor, not much else
Light bodied and spritzy.
If you're into sours for the sake of being sour, it's a good beer. I like to blend it with the kolsch on tap at work to mellow this and add interest into the kolsch.

Can:
A burnished brass body with a light haze. A slight gushing on opening helped push the head to four fingers, which didn’t last long. A circle of small diamonoids are all that remain as I sip.
Nose includes a tart nectarine with a squeeze of lime or grapefruit, the pith of a grapefruit, a hint of wooden funk, and some herbal bitterness. An interesting mix, although the bitter notes aren’t traditional (but are intended given the additions).
Taste falls back towards tradition, with a moderate sour milk and white grapefruit tartness backed by malt and wheat. The ending has a slight herbal hop bitterness which helps draw another sip.
Nice additions seem to enhance a solid berlinerweiss recipe.

On tap at Right Proper in Brookland.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with fine, wispy head.
Smell is tart and a bit floral with notes of elderflower and grapefruit.
Taste is softly acidic and tart with notes of grapefruit, elderflowers and white wine. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, luxurious-feeling Berliner.

My favorite beer of all time. It's tart and sour without being overwhelming. It drinks like a wheat but puckers your lips like a sour. It's crisp and leaves a slightly acidic aftertaste. Perfection.

On draft at Momofuku. Served in a shaker pint glass. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow body, one finger white head, fair retention, rings of lacing. Smell is bright lemon and lactic acid, wheat and a bit of floral. Straight berliner weisse through and through, and it tastes remarkably refreshing on this 80 degree and sunny day in DC. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, easy to drink, good carbonation, fair depth.
