Pours a perfectly clear golden yellow with a wispy white head. The nose is fruity, with acidic coffee that you can smell from a few feet away. The nice smooth, sweet malts and touches of vanilla are present here as well. The taste is very similar, but with a touch of roastiness as well. The acidic fruit notes from the coffee is huge in the middle. It's nicely balanced, yet complex. Overall, it's a great brew that's extremely drinkable and keeps you going back for more. This is something I could and do drink year-round.

Look - clear yellow with a nice white htea
Smell and taste - coffee creamy vanilla slight grainy. Seems like a lot of adjuncts
Feel - light creamy
Overall - not what I was expecting, to much to it. I was expecting it to be easy going

Poured into a pint glass from a 12-oz can about 4 months after its canning date.

Look: Yellow-gold, with a 1” head that dissipated slowly, leaving nice lacing.

Nose: Floral, vanilla, a bit of stone fruit.

Mouthfeel: Medium, sufficient carbonation.

Attack: Follows the nose, with a bit of coffee.

Finish: The coffee bitterness and a bit of hop bitterness come through.

Overall: A pretty good cream ale — I’m suspecting based on the other reviews that a fresher sample might have a little better flavor, and I’ll update this in the future when I get a fresher can.

Not at all what I expected. This coffee vanilla cream L is light in color similar to a clean IPA. The nose is like cold pressed coffee. The taste is hinting at sweet although the coffee flavor comes through just not astringeny. Very well done

This definitely held up well being exactly what it claims to be. Definitly would have again if I wanted coffee in a more unusual context

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of coffee, little else. Taste is also dominated by coffee, light malts are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer. However, it's not what I expect from this style.

Clear orangey gold with a huge white head. Coffee bean dominates the smell and taste, while also shaping the feel a good bit. Nose has some golden malts and vanilla, taste has sweetbread added too. Just so coffee forward though, want some more malt to balance. Feel has the coffee percolation but the malt and creamy yeast make themselves known much more than in smell and taste. Very bright, airy, and light. When in the mood for a light cream ale with a huge coffee note reach for this one

Canned 11/10/20. Poured at 56 degrees. Fast rocky white head; pale gold with excellent clarity; poor cap retention; thin, incomplete ring; spots of lace with agitation. Strong coffee nose, vanilla right behind. Taste is strong coffee upfront; light sweet malt base; barest of vanilla. Light body, moderate carbonation; no warmth from 5% abv; fairly crisp and clean. Overall a coffee forward beer that was light and easy drinking; I’d drink again.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head and has very good retention properties, consistently leaving a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coffee beans are present in the nose along with notes of vanilla flavoring.
T: The taste follows the smell and has faint bits of underlying sweetness, but these are overshadowed by a light amount of bitterness imparted by the coffee beans.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at showcasing the coffee while still tasting like a cream ale.

A Tavour treat. Pours a golden color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is coffee. Tastes of sweet vanilla and black coffee. Slightly bitter at the finish. Good grass cutting beer.
