1 PINT 6 FL OZ bottle
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours amber in color with golden highlights. It is topped with an inch of eggshell colored head that leaves very little lacing.
The coconut is front and center. Citrus compliments it. It is very pleasing.
The coconut and citrus and tropical fruits work well together. It took a little adjustment for my palate as coconut was a new addition to an IPA for my simple taste.
Medium mouthfeel
It is a unique tasting experience for me. It was my first coconut IPA. I thought it worked well. I am not a huge coconut fan, but it did cut the bitterness of the base beer, which is also excellent. I would not hesitate to have this again.

Just a 4 oz flight pour, but there is wave after wave of coconut. Not very sweet though. Very raw/authentic tasting. However, it is a little too prominent. I often complain about not being able to taste the additives in variants, but this one is a little too much. That being said, it is still pretty good. It tames what I think is a little bit of a boozy base beer and makes it much easier to drink.

Hazy deep orange with a medium white head that fades and leaves some spotty lacing. Tropical, citrusy, sweet hops fill the aroma. Notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, light toasted coconut, sweet roll and citrus peel. Medium body, medium carbonation, slightly creamy, coats the pallet, and finishes a touch dry. You do get a touch of alcohol hear in the aroma and the back end of the flavor profile. Still pretty well hidden. Interesting and different DIPA, it works well.

22 ounce bottle, no dating that I could find on it but I believe this was just released in the past couple weeks. Served in a DFH IPA glass, the beer pours a hazy golden/orange color with about an inch and a half off-white head that stuck around for a while. Decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coconut, citrusy (orange, tropical fruit) and pine hops. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some grapefruit and bready malt noticeable. Good lingering bitter finish, too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and coating with a good amount of carbonation. I liked this overall, definitely worth picking up! $8.99 a bomber.
