From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This nice fest pours a medium amber with a
very nice head of off white foam that settles to a thick ring and layer with nice
lacing. Nose of toasted malts, breaded malts, spicy hops and herbal hop notes.
Flavors follow with spicy hops, nicely toasted breaded malts with a touch of crust
amongst some herbal hops and caramel. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium
carbonation, and a sweet lightly hopped finish.
Overall---very nice

12 ounce can, canned on 07/26/21, thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a mostly clear amber color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready/grainy malt, spicy hops and some toasted malt. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some dried apple and herbal flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. Worth trying if you get the chance to, but I think I'd like to be able to try it fresher at some point.

I tried this beer at the Centerville, OH location as part of a four sample fight whilst in Dayton for my Bestie's 50th Birthday celebration. It poured an clear amber with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had subtle grain and malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and grain and yeast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

12 oz can from the brewery.
For me, the taste is way off a traditional Märzen. It is hoppy and bitter.
