Look: Pale, light yellow, very little head
Smell: not much smell, slightly malty
Taste: light, crisp, no lingering aftertaste, similar to lager
Feel: refreshing, what you'd expect from Kolsch
Great for hot days. Lightest beer on tap. Easy to drink. Could drink many of these in one sitting.

Feeling like it Kolsch season here in CO. Sampled on tap at the brewpub. Light straw yellow in color with very little head. Straw on the nose as well with malt sweetness. Taste was lightly hopped and generally well balanced. Refreshing but not inspiring.

Nice light straw-yellow with a white foamy head, but hazy, which is not what you think of when you think kolsch. However, on smell and taste this hits the characteristics you want from a good kolsch. You get the grainy, crackery malt and crisp finish like a lager and the slight fruity estery stuff going on like some ales. It is the best of both worlds for a crisp refreshing beer with some unique flavors. Their latest batch has more of a piney hop character that I really like. Overall a good beer. If they cleared it up it would iht all the marks.
