look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.5

Pretty good looking, clear and tan with rising bubbles and a good white head that left some sheets of lacing.

Aroma is a bit grainy, with some sweetness, a little citrus, a little corn. Flavor profile is pretty similar, but with a touch more corn. There's not a lot of bitterness and not a lot of hops.

The body is light and easy to drink, with the right amount of carbonation.

Overall it's refreshing and summery, a fine summer beer.

12 oz bottle. bottled in late may of this year if I am reading this correctly.

A: very clear. crystal clear light blonde brew. bright white head, retention is minimal. virtually no lacing.

S: a mild malt aroma starts things off. a mild DMS as well. getting virtually no hop aroma is lending nothing towards this being a German styled pilsner. more like a munich helles with how this thing is hopped.

T: the DMS is a bit stronger on the palate. bitterness is mild. hop flavor even more mild. getting a bit of bready malt. comes out more and more as the brew warms up.

M: carb is a bit mild. light bodied for sure.

D: DMS has kind of stamped it's way onto this brew and is not letting go. from the nose to the palate it is a bit distracting. without much hop presence this is a big pass from me.
