Beautiful looking in the glass, not much head. Sweet aroma, very pleasing. Taste is slightly sweet and mild. Mouthfeel is pretty thin. Overall a refreshing beer, just not too much character.

Appearance: Its clear and a medium copper/golden color with mild carbonation at first and then just dies out. The head is thick and an off white color and lasts about one minute. The head thins out in a small, thin island around the center, and there’s a thin layer of lacing that partially goes around the glass.
Smell: Leathery notes hit me first, mild hops and malts come second followed by some dark fruit and a little fig.
Taste: The malts take a front row while there’s very little hops flavors coming through. The bitterness that does come through is only tasted on the corners of your mouth, but the overall sweetness make this well balanced. The aftertaste is smooth, mildly sweet and has a mild warming sensation as you swallow.
Mouthfeel: This is a light to medium bodied beer, smooth with little carbonation and is clean but not crisp.
Overall: This is a great beer overall, smooth and very enjoyable.

This was my first KEG I tapped with my new True TDD-1 kegerator. It was great beer and the 1/6th keg lasted all of 10 days.

A pretty standard american märzen. On the sweet side but not cloying, carmelly, bready, with just a faint hint of hops bitterness in the finish. Nothing terribly interesting or unique, but competent, enjoyable and drinkable.

Bought a sixer at HEB in Round Rock for just under 7 bucks.

Poured a rich caramel color with a light color head that dissipated pretty quickly.

Certainly getting the sweet malty scent you'd expect from the style, but nothing out of the norm. Taste follows. A decent sweet malt blast but not overly sweet. Very drinkable, although the carbonation is a bit higher than I normally see in the style.

I like it. A decent take of an Oktoberfest at a good price. A nice change of pace from those seeking an IPA break during the fall.

A bit mor IBU than I expected, more than Shiner's Oktoberfest but still mild. I recognize the smell to be that of a Saint Arnold brew, maybe because I been to their brewery. Pours a nice amber-copper color with a light, disappearing head. Pretty good, but i think shiner does a better job balancing the flavors

Not my favorite but still good! It was a little more bitter than I prefer, tried on both tap and bottle.

Amber color with slight head. sweet carmel malts. Taste is much better than the smell, its sweet carmel but very tasty. medium body and lots of carbs. Pretty good beer.
