Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass.
Appearance is light gold in color with one finger thick head (moderate transparency).
Smell is coriander, Belgian yeast, lemon and banana.
Taste is Belgian yeast and coriander up front with creamy banana on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly creamy for a Belgian Wit, but there is a nice kick as well (crisp).
Overall this is a very enjoyable Wit that is extremely drinkable. The flavors are well balanced and true to the style. The only thing I would change is to add a little more kick from the yeast.

Poured aggressively from bottle into Tulip, nice 2 finger head, dissipates quickly leaving ring around the glass. Hazy yellow in appearance. pretty beer to look at. Lemon and wheat on the nose, nice smelling beer. Picking up pepper, orange and hint of bubblegum on the end. Really like the finish on this, it is more on the dry side. Kicking myself for not trying this beer earlier while it was still available.

I haven't really tried anything like this one before but I actually enjoyed it. I'm not a fan of light colored beers. But this one was nice.
Smells clean. It's very smooth going down. And has a nice lace the whole way down the glass.
I would drink it again and it's from a great brewery so that's a plus.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both very good. Many carbonation bubbles. Belgian yeast aroma with coriander, slight bananas and citrus. Belgian yeast, strong coriander, orange peel and slight banana again. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. This is a good witbier. Enjoyed it very much. Good addition to the Icon Series.

A: Pours a slightly hazed golden/yellow color. A dense two finger white head forms with excellent retention and spiderweb looking lace.
S: Very wheaty up front with a good amount of spice that is not over done. Coriander and orange peel with some bubble gum even.
T: Follows the nose with that wheaty, bubblegum like flavor up front. More spicy than the nose. Black pepper bounces of the tongue. Again coriander and orange peel are very nice.
M/D: A light body that is very well carbonated. Crisp, refreshing, and clean. Immensely easy to drink. The bottle is gone in no time and have had this several times on tap around town.
A really well done and classic example of a Wit. Everything you want for the style is there, without playing down to the crowd as an entry level "craft" which many in this style can fall pray to. I will continue to be drinking this as long as I see it on the shelf and at bars.

12 oz bottle pours a hazed gold with an ample cap of white head. Retention is decent and lacing great.
Nose is not very phenolic, mostly getting lemon zest and a slight hint of bubblegum on top of some snappy wheat.
Nice, soft character and the yeast certainly comes out more on the flavor. plenty of clove and bubblegum - not much banana though. The coriander is subtle, but adds a nice richness to the beer. This is a very good witbier, one of the best I have had in quite some time. Not heavy on the spices, let the yeast and wheat do the heavy lifting and incorporate a soft, velvety mouthfeel. Check, check and check...Im impressed.
