Appearance:
Crustal clear body (light golden color with hints of amber), lots of carbonation and a thick white creamy head. The head sticks around for a while and is accompanied by a thin lacing.
Smell:
Grapefruit, lemon zest, slight banana and bready smells come through.
Taste:
Lemon zest and hops are up front, the malts follow and then the grapefruit sting kick in. The bitterness mellows out just after it hits the back of your throat and then a mild tart flavors kicks in during the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel:
Medium bodied with a nice carbonation kick.
Overall:
Not bad and well worth trying and good tasting.
