Tucked away in the back foot alleys of San Pedro, is Buddha Bar.
Has 3 floors with the lowest have TVs showing American Sports, a pool table and Wifi. The second floor is more of a techno, dance theme (least when I was there) and the third floor boats a nice roof table lounge area with a fully staffed bar and great views of the lake/night sky.
I didn't try the food, but looked to be asian themed and smelled tasty.
The beer selection for a bar that is in a city of a few thousands accessible only by a taxi boat was actually decent. The had the standard Guatemalan macro lager options, american macro lagers, and oddly enough Brooklyn Brewery beers. The Brooklyn beers were I think ~30Q which is equivalent to $4 American. Good luck getting a $4 craft bottle in my area in the states, let along Brooklyn Brewery beers which aren't even available in California. For even having a craft option over 3 hours drive plus a boat ride away from the next "major" city is impressive. Staff spoke english as well which is always a bonus.
If you're in the area, for the region, the selection was about as good as it gets. I'd recommend checking it out.
