12oz can. No dating information found.
Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored body. Long lasting dense white head. A few lacing spots are left behind.
Aroma of cloves, pencil eraser, and fresh flowers.
Taste continues with the cloves spice, joined by honey, citrus, and earthy/floral flavors. Seems that the flavors swirl and flow. All continue in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel, with some nectar. Yeast dryness. Good carbonation.
Flowery, honey sweet, and spiced wild ale (with emphasis on the wild).

Had on tap. Cloudy dirty golden body with a big white head and tons of thing lacing. Saison yeast with slight esters, honeycomb, and botanical hops in the nose. Right away in the taste there is noticeable sweeter malts, otherwise a yeasty flair carries the finish. Very american take on the style. Feel is medium-light bodied, maltier than expected, yeast plays off of it well though.

Picked up a four pack at the Majestic Marketplace on 7-8-20 for $13.29. Packaged on 6-25-20; consumed for review 7-9-20.
Beer poured golden with a nice billowing white head that has some hang time.
Nose is very sweet, honey pilsner malts with natural honey forward lead the charge.
Taste is too sweet and unbalanced, large malt base infused with generous amounts of honey overpower the modest hop addition. Honey is pleasant but too much.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall this beer has some potential, could be nicer with more hop balance.

Floral, earthy smell, true to the beer's farmhouse roots. Malty backbone supports the slight hop flavor toward the back of your tongue. 8% ABV complements the beer without being boozy. "Saison" (per BeerAdvocate description) doesn't really fully encompass this unique beer.

Exceptional beer from Wanderlust Brewery. Hints of citrus with a medium body that will have you begging for another. The 8% alcohol concentration is beautifully masked by the smooth and flavorful taste left in your mouth. A definite must try from Wanderlust a Brewery in Flagstaff Arizona.

Had it on draft at a Flagstaff steakhouse. Poured into a tall glass. A cloudy yellow color with a good head and lacing. Very fragrant floral smell. The taste was definitely saison, almost like a hefeweizen. Cloves and pepper, maybe a bit too sweet. Overall, pretty good.
