Notes:
The aroma is of coffee and cocoa, with hints of dark fruit. The flavor is chocolate and some caramel, over a surprisingly light body. Crisp, clean, with abrupt finish leaves you craving another sip in this highly sessionable English style mild.

This is the most flavorful session beer I've ever had. Not sure how you packed that much complexity into a beer with an ABV of 3.6. Well done. The color was a soft dark brown with a welcoming nose, and a smooth finish. All of the beers were great, but this is the one I could sit there and drink all night.

On-tap at Pig Pounder Brewery, Greensboro, NC
A: The beer is black in color; when held up to a bright light it is very dark brownish red in color. It poured with a short off white head that died down and left some lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with some notes of coffee and hints of nuts.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of dark malts with notes of coffee beans and nuts plus some hints of dark fruits.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very flavorful and its lighter body makes it extremely easy to drink and sessionable.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, ruby-brown coloring with a low profile, creamy, tan head. Nose of roasted nut, subtle toffee, and hints of chocolate. Flavors are more roasted and bitter, with a tangy toffee backbone. Sugary sweet. The body is smooth, but the carbonation adds a nice little edge. Rich and roasted aftertaste on a smooth, slightly sharp finish.
