An American IPA brewed for their second Anniversary...yeah for real!Came in a nonic a hazed tangerine-like color with a thin lacey white head atop.Citric and mild earthy hops in the nose with sweet biscuit maltiness showing thru as well.The palate starts out quite earthy then the citric punch comes but it's not a huge punch,somewhat sweet caramel and biscuit malts underneath.Made with Centennial,and Cascade hops the flavor profile shows them both.Not bad I hope they continue the trend of American hp forward brews.
