On tap at Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and grass aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, grass, and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid aromas and flavors for the style.

On-tap at the brewery itself, on to the beer:
The color is lighter hay sits in the glass. Topping it is a long lasting head which leaves streaks of lacing around. The aroma heads in the right direction, with a fresh whiff of hay and mellow grass. In this style, the hops can make or break the beer. In Polarity Pils, the hops make the beer. They're vibrant, bringing layers of hay and grassy notes, backed by a light crackery note. There's a pleasant spicy note at the end, which only enhances the experience. It's light bodied and gentle in the mouth, and overall is a pilsner that pleases.
