Notes: Imperial Stout aged in tequila and bourbon barrels with chili pepper blend, cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla beans, and lactose.

In early 2017 we laid this Mexican mole stout to rest in oak barrels. Two years later, we’ve returned to awaken the beer and celebrate the spirits of tequila and bourbon which boldly declare their presence among the complex layers of chipotle, guajillo, and ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.

On tap at Bottle Logic, Anaheim, CA.

Wow. Like King Kong wearing a sombrero, this one is huge. Beautiful dark pour like what your grandpappy after he went into his reward. Huge stout and tequila aroma like speedy Gonzalez on acid. Taste is beautiful sweet stout flavors akin Vin with that aged on tequila - wow! Feel is like putting your finger through Beyoncé’s weave.

Boiiiiiii!
