12 oz. can poured into tulip

L: mostly clear amber gold with small head, less than 1/4-inch tall of offwhite/beige foam; no sticking or lacing; keeps a thin collar of beige foam

S: sour grain, sweet malt ... honey biscuits, lots of hops ... slightly green (grassy, cilantro) but mostly earthy with a pinch of spice, black pepper; apricot, lemon peel

T: earthy/black pepper hop bite with a layer of smooth buttery malt; the malt gives it some sweetness with a little bready flavor, but the dominant note is the English hops; as it warms, it tastes a little more like a malty English ale with some apricot working in around the hop bite; as it warms more, has a caramel/toffee flavor ... mixing with that hop bite, it tastes like caramel charred a bit around the edges, just a bit burnt

F: solid midweight with decent carbonation; very light for 6.5% ABV but not watery

O: very good brew with proper notes in proper places; the first couple of cans of this six-pack really hit the bready-malt flavor of an English pale; this particular can is not, but the hop bite is still very Old World with a nice black pepper flavor working off the pinch of sweetness from the malt; I'll seek this out again ... one of the better American-made English pale ales (IPAs) I've tried

Really good beer. Love the balance of malt and hops. This is one of my go to beers.

Can poured, looks deep copper with a full off-white head.
Smells faintly of sweet toasted caramel malts.
Taste is about the same, with an underlying herbal flavor, followed by dry toasty notes of the malts. Feels well-carbonated, and peppery.
Pretty okay.

The Rabbit Hole Brewing 10/6 English IPA features a prominent English hop character supported by a smooth, bready malt backbone. This Rabbit Hole Ale is crafted with the finest floor-malted Maris Otter winter barley and flavored with three different varieties of English hops. It is bold and flavorful without driving your palate completely insane. So whatever the time may be, it is always time for another 10/6, the IPA with refinement.

Copper body and a thin white head.

Grassy, floral, and herbal hop that provides some assertive bitterness.
Bready malt.

Dry with a medium body and carbonation.

When I ordered this at the bar all I knew was that it's an IPA. Took me a second to warm up to the fact that it was more English style than a hopsplosion Murican IPA but it is an enjoyable beer for sure.
