Another beer that was apart of my winnings when the 'Hawks beat Philly for the cup in 2010 that was finally paid off. It poured a clear yellow with no head and no lace. The scent had some floral and biscuit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

Poured a slightly hazy pale amber with a two finger foamy white head that dissipated quickly. An extemely faint fruity aroma was present. Upfront taste is sweet and tangy with a somewhat metallic experience on the tip of the tongue. Very light hoppiness on the tail end. Medium body with light carbonation. This beer is drinkable after the first few sips. The metallic taste departed. However, there are much better farmhouse ales to be had.

Yellow slight amber in color with medium carbonation.yeast, malt and hop aroma.taste is identical to smell but more complex. Very easy beer to drink, not extreme in any area but nicely balanced. Hops are very distinct but not overpowering which made this a very enjoyable beer

Eek, see through light yellow color with quickly dissipating head. This has a yeasty scent with slight malt on the edge. Flavor is fairly decent, spicy hops to start and a bready finish. It's fairly light in mouthfeel with more carbonation than it looks like it has.

Low in alcohol but high in complexity. Easy to drink with a floral, hoppy taste. Ends with a light fruity flavor.
Pours golden with a 0.5" head. Feel is okay, good for the ABV.

An average beer. I've had it from the keg and the bottle. Bottle was much better, but they are both sort of boring. I would carry it again both ways next year but there is nothing memorable about it.
