-Brilliant bronze, yellow color, soapy bubbly head
-can smell that citra. Grapefruit, pine, orange peel, mango
-Bitter orange, pine, stone fruit, mango, grapefruit peel
-Lighy yet as full bodied as a 6% IPA. Great for this low abv at 4.9% super clean

Great beer. Id prefer this over All Day IPA.

Had at the brewery on Saturday 7/9 into a glass, Daylight Savings is a clear beer with a golden color. Nice fluffy white head leaves some spots.

Pretty hoppy and dank on the aroma, some sweeter fruit notes below. Nice IPA flavor here, big grapefruit and mango, pretty dank, not getting a ton of malt, either. Just a big burst of citrus and tropical fruits along with an herbal dankness from the hops. Lighter body, very easy to crush.

Overall this was my favorite beer from Flying Fish during my visit. If you find this fresh I really recommend it.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of grapefruit, orange peels. Taste is the same, grapefruit and orange peels, no real malts to speak of, light bitterness. Feels medium/light bodied in the mouth and overall is decent, but nothing special.

Son in Law left a can in the Fridge on his way back from NJ. Pours a crystal clear light pale straw yellow with a thin white head that has, at best, average retention.
Aroma: Oily hops, yeast and citrus, mostly grapefruit hops.
Taste: more of the same, bread ,malts are there but take a huge back seat to the leading hops.
Just had a Dundee IPA and this has similiar characteristics.
Hoppy with definite pine (sap) aroma. Both pine nuts and wheat come through in taste while hops are evident in it's tangy mouth feel. Smooth with a bite at the finish that includes a little bitterness.

Golden orange in color with yellow hues and a heavy haze. Poured with a thick, bright white, soapy foam with good retention. Medium citrus hop aromas of lemon, orange peel and grapefruit. Medium malt aromas. Medium bodied with a smooth, creamy feel and soft medium carbonation. Light warming sensation through the middle to the end. Medium spicy and minty hop flavors up front with a solid medium malty backbone. Caramel and bready malt notes. Medium high spicy hop bitterness through the middle that transitions to piney hop flavors to the end. Finished dryly with crusty bread notes and a lingering pine hop bitterness. Aromas were fairly balanced, more like a pale ale than an ipa in that respect. Bitterness is assertive but not overwhelming. Hop flavors were a bit light as the hop bitterness tended to overshadow the flavor hops. Great creamy smoothness. Bitterness lingers a bit at the end. Pretty easy drinking nonetheless.
