L - pours a light, summery yellow haze. Nothing too thick or paint-colored, and glows nicely in the light. Quickly dissipating head that leaves a creamy lace ring behind.
S - dank resin and pine. Red onions and sweet, bready honey and lemon. Guava and peach candy.
T - fresh and bright. Lively and I want to say "light" but that definitely isn't the right word. Maybe gentle? Definitely hopped with mosaic, is restrained in the usual dank gut punch associated with mo. Fleeting lemony vanilla and grapefruit peel. Peach and just an overall soft, comforting flavor warmth in this beer. Finishes mostly neutral, if not a bit watery. A touch of champagne on the very end.
F - thinner than I'd expect from almost 8%. Soft and felty feel, watering out at the end with some final prickles that work well with the champagne.
O - an interesting beer. Not an onslaught of flavors, but dissects one small piece of the flavor pie and approaches it from unusual angles.
