12oz can. Poured a hazy, straw-yellow color with a good sized head of white foam. It smelled of banana, clove and cracked wheat. The wheat flavor dominated the banana and clove spiciness.

12 FL. OZ. beer
Served in a nonic pint glass
This beer pours golden and is slightly hazy. It is topped with half a glass of pillowy, white head that leaves little lacing as it recedes.
It has banana and clove aroma. I get spices from what I assume is Belgian yeast.
The taste starts with spiced pear. The banana and clove are more noticeable in the aftertaste than the initial taste.
Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel
This is quite an enjoyable hef. I do not drink them much anymore, but it is one of the better ones that I have had from a US brewer.

Hazy yellow colour. Smells very yeasty; there's lots of banana, heady sweet malt, and clove spice aromas. Tastes like it smells. Banana taffy, yeasty, medium-heavy sweet malty body, slight bitter notes linger after with a bit of malty sweet mouthcoat.

Unknown canned date
Pours pale yellow, lively carbonation.
Smells of wheat and yeast. Pretty typical of a Hefe. A little spice, coriander.
Taste follow with yeasty flavors and some light sweetness too. Crisp wheat is evident. Very slight metallic taste but not really ruining anything. A little bit of fruit flavor, touch of apple.
Light bodied and active carbonation on the tongue. Pretty clean, Touch of bitterness hangs around some though.
Nice light bodied easy drinking Hefe.

Brickway Hef has a thick, slightly off-white head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, lots of ascending bubbles, and almost no lacing left behind. The aroma is of White Wheat brand bread, with background traces of bubblegum, banana, and coriander. Taste is the same, with some sweetness and no bitterness. Mouthfeel is soft, with some carbonation sting. Brickway Hef finishes decently crisp and completely drinkable (guzzable).
