Notes: Our award-winning Paradise Now Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is brewed with raspberry and tart cherry purée. Bready wheat notes provide a soft background and delicate mouthfeel, while the fruit and acidic flavors contrast to create a very refreshing, but undeniably unique summer style.

Whether you are a seasoned fan of sour beers, or a novice craft beer drinker, TrimTab Paradise Now is complex, yet light and accessible enough to be a rewarding beer for all.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a glass tumbler. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange, with reddish-orange highlights and a thick, billowy white head that left some spotty lacing as it settled. Aromas and flavors of raspberry and sour cherry dominate. This is light-to-medium in body, with an understated bitterness (7 IBU) and a mostly dry finish with some tart fruit lingering on the palate. The fruit contributes a pleasant dimension of flavor complexity to this beer. Overall, this is an outstanding beer and well worth seeking out.

Wow really liked this! Great flavor with a great smell and a pretty great feel as well. I got this in a mix pack and I’m glad I selected it. Definitely get it again.

Brewery pour.

Pink-red blush with a creamy pink head.

Aroma is full of ripe raspberries. Actually more like raspberry sorbet. A hint of mint. Wonderful.

Flavor is decidedly sour instead of sweet, but really brings those raspberries. Holy cow. If you like raspberries, you will LOVE this beer. Incredible. Raspberry - earthy, dirty, seeds, sherbet, following with slight vinegar, slight salt, and slight yeast cake.

Feel sticks to the palate and tongue, has an acidic quality, perfect carbonation, no alcohol heat, and brings joy.

Overall, an incredible sour, a bit quiet on the sweet end but sour dirty raspberries is the name of the game here. Very well done.

I was never much of a sour beer fan until trying TrimTab's Euphoria Now / Passion Fruit & Guava. That quickly became my go-to Summer beer which then opened my mind up to the Paradise Now. Now you won't ever find my fridge or beach cooler without this Summer staple. Easy drinking and extremely refreshing. Even better on draft.

12 ounce can - Charlie's Beer & Wine in Marietta, Georgia.

Best By 08/28/18.

Appearance: Pours a clouded, murky, reddish-pink body with a slim layer of white-tinged-with-pink foam.

Smell: Tart-scented, sweetenedly fruity, berry-forward aroma of raspberries and tart cherries awash in salty brine.

Taste: Brightly tart, poppingly acidic with a heavy-handed dose of purees, blending both cherries with raspberries. Imparts some spread-it-on-toast sweetness. A seemingly citrus accent. Finishes about the same.

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Moderate carbonation.

Overall: Yeah. Sure. Enough puree surging within to leave you wondering, as I do often these days, full of cocktail hour sours and pastry stouts, "where's the beer?"

Taste - Lots of fresh raspberry up front along with lemon zest. Very light tartness.

Feel - Light tart and refreshing at the same time super easy drinking.

Overall - A really well done Berliner the raspberry is light slight tartness but very easy drinking and refreshing.

this is a quality berliner here, my first from these guys. the can feels a little under filled, squishy in a way it probably shouldnt be, but the beer seems unaffected. the color is a little strange, the berries color it a bit pink, but they also have an almost brown shade to them, its not that neon looking red you get in a lot of these, a little murkier, but a good head rises up on it. the aroma is dialed right in, tangy fresh berries and lots of them meet with an appropriately restrained but a very clean sourness, they enhance each other beautifully in the taste too. not getting a ton of wheat here, despite there being some body, its not flavorful on the grain side, which is quite alright because the berries taste very natural, and the lacto has a lemony zestiness to it, and it seems plenty flavorful even without much of that element. good carbonation, quick finish for how much fruit this has to it, and a freshness i really like and didnt expect from the color. no frills here, straight ahead stuff, but quite professionally done. a cool beer from a brewery that wasnt on my radar at all!

First had poured from 12-oz. can, stamped on bottom, "01/02/2017 CANNED DATE," into goblet.

This is TrimTab's effort to create a pre-mixed "Berliner Weisse mit Schuss: Himbeere." I can't judge the authenticity of the effort, but the result is a complex, very tasty and refreshing 5.00 ABV ale.

This may be my favorite all time summer beer. It is my go to if I'm sweating or anywhere near waster. Light, crisp, in your face refreshing tartness, you couldn't ask for more in a beer you want to drink six of. Sessionable, and I was sooo happy when they chose it for can release, it is a dream for any outdoor venue. I love their IPA for dinner, but this beer is always in my cooler.

12 ounce can poured into pint glass candle on 1/21

A: small fizzy off-white colored head but dissipated quickly. Body is a amber reddish hue with fairly good clarity.

S: lots of raspberry some maybe papaya

T: raspberry upfront but not overly sweet slightly sour but little bit of wheat on the finish crisp clean.

M: lighter body with a clean finish medium carbonation.

O: this is a light body Berliner Weisse easy drinking not very sweet nice raspberry flavor a little dry. Overall it's a very easy drinking beer something that you could easily go back to over and over.

Poured into a pint glass it has a fizzy white head of a inch and a clear orange ruby body. Smell is raspberry, tart lemon, grass, and malt. Taste is much the same with a nice tart lemon kick tons of raspberry and a nice malt backbone. Mouth feel is full and rich with a moderate body and full nice carbonation. A smooth very easy drinking raspberry berliner weisse that is really just a great example of the style.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, orange-red in color with 1/2 inch head. Taste is bright raspberry and raspberry jam with some sour mix and light wheat. Bartender described it as an amped up Abita Purple Haze and I have to agree. The raspberries pop here. Excellent summer sipper. I would have this often if I had access to it. Favorite beer from Alabama to date.

Holy raspberries, this is tart. Honestly, the flavor reminds me a lot of Founder's Rubaeus: while refreshing, its intense flavor lends itself best to sipping, though I don't think I could handle any more than one.

Pretty in pink, this fantastic beer is surprisingly tart and tastes authentically of fruit. Sure to find wide appeal, from novices to geeks to people who "don't like beer."

tap

Pours a hazy pink with a white sudsy head, pretty good retention.

Smells of raspberry, lemon, and light grassy malts.

Flavor is of tart berries, lemony citrus, and a light sugary malt with a dry fruity bite.

Light body with stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.

Very good BW with a nice fruit element, light and poppy. Very refreshing. Pretty good entry to this increasingly popular style.

The sample I had was on-tap.

Medium rose color. The head was minimal with light lacing.
The carbonation level was just right, not too much or too little.
Just the right amount of sweetness, without being overpowering.
I could not detect any "banana" I usually get from a weisse.
Really good, subtle nose.
Very clean mouth-feel, crisp.
Absolutely delicious!
Can't wait to get more!
