Notes:
Our award-winning Paradise Now Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is brewed with raspberry and tart cherry purée. Bready wheat notes provide a soft background and delicate mouthfeel, while the fruit and acidic flavors contrast to create a very refreshing, but undeniably unique summer style.
Whether you are a seasoned fan of sour beers, or a novice craft beer drinker, TrimTab Paradise Now is complex, yet light and accessible enough to be a rewarding beer for all.

Wow really liked this! Great flavor with a great smell and a pretty great feel as well. I got this in a mix pack and I’m glad I selected it. Definitely get it again.

Got in an IP trade with hoptheology. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow, light pink/orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing and streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas of big juicy/jammy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, and lactic acid/funk/sourness. Taste follows with sour/jammy raspberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, wood, pepper, wheat, cracker, and lacto funk/yeast earthiness. Moderate tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish. High carbonation, light body, and crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Balanced grainy malt, lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannin in the mouthfeel. Minimal pucker or lingering acid on the clean finish. Spot on Berliner with plenty of authentic fruit flavor, without overpowering the base style aspects.

Appearance: Pours a berry juice color with a two finger head that slowly fades to a film; shards and spots are left behind
Smell: Slightly sweet and slightly tart raspberry and cherry with sour wheat tones
Taste: Light raspberry and cherry notes with hints of both the sweet and tart elements; the finish is slightly sour
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A light and refreshing Berliner; I could drink this all afternoon
Thanks, NolaHopHead, for the opportunity

Wow! 1st to review this one. Part of a swap with @Davidstan. Thank you!
Pouring a cold 12 oz can into my chalice. 21147 datestamp on can...not sure what that means.
The beer exudes a strawberry pink and amber color with fizzy eggshell white head of .5 cm. Clarity is fairly hazy.
This fades to a surface layer quickly, but remains there throughout sampling.
Aroma is mild overall but dominated by raspberries and hints of wheat bread. The berry is both sweet and tart, but tart is more assertive. No hop presence. Do they even use hops in this beer?
First sip reveals a light crisp beer with a bit of sticky mouthfeel. Maybe from fruit. Not a common combo of physical feels, but it works here.
Flavor is what I expect from style and nose. I get sweet berry up front then some wheat bread notes, maybe more crackery than bread. Rolls to some tart berry on the finish. This tartness lingers a bit after the swallow. Not really acidic or heavy sour, no hop presence and of course ABV hidden.
Quite a nice berliner. Not something I normally drink, but glad I have a second can in the fridge.

12oz can from Toby at share. Medium golden pour with a small, tight foamy head. Light berries in the aroma, hint of tart. Taste is raspberries, and it finishes very dry.

May 19th, 2016 - A bright and fruit forward Berliner Weisse, the Paradise Now has a lot to like, and works actively against my discriminatory attitude towards fruit beers. The smell is definitely on the sweeter side, but the flavor permits a healthier balance, with a watery touch and some passion fruit. There's also watermelon in abundance, but not overwhelming. Quite tasty!

Poured from 12-ounce can into a glass tumbler. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange, with reddish-orange highlights and a thick, billowy white head that left some spotty lacing as it settled. Aromas and flavors of raspberry and sour cherry dominate. This is light-to-medium in body, with an understated bitterness (7 IBU) and a mostly dry finish with some tart fruit lingering on the palate. The fruit contributes a pleasant dimension of flavor complexity to this beer. Overall, this is an outstanding beer and well worth seeking out.

Brewery pour.
Pink-red blush with a creamy pink head.
Aroma is full of ripe raspberries. Actually more like raspberry sorbet. A hint of mint. Wonderful.
Flavor is decidedly sour instead of sweet, but really brings those raspberries. Holy cow. If you like raspberries, you will LOVE this beer. Incredible. Raspberry - earthy, dirty, seeds, sherbet, following with slight vinegar, slight salt, and slight yeast cake.
Feel sticks to the palate and tongue, has an acidic quality, perfect carbonation, no alcohol heat, and brings joy.
Overall, a really tasty raspberry sour, a bit quiet on the sweet end but sour dirty raspberries is the name of the game here. Very well done.
Edit : Better on tap than in the can, but the can is still great. Buy this beer.

All time favorite beer. It's sour and sweet while being light. Just good to drink.

I was never much of a sour beer fan until trying TrimTab's Euphoria Now / Passion Fruit & Guava. That quickly became my go-to Summer beer which then opened my mind up to the Paradise Now. Now you won't ever find my fridge or beach cooler without this Summer staple. Easy drinking and extremely refreshing. Even better on draft.
