Had Imperial Paradise Now poured from pint can, no date, into Rastal Harmony oversized red wine glass.
Pours deep, rusty orange, with 1-finger near-white head, which dissipates, but not too quickly, and leaves no lace. Aroma of cracker malt and growing meaty raspberry off pour, soon turning more fetchingly fruity, and a bit tart but mostly fruit juice as warms. Begins with moderate tartness over cracker malt, soon joined by raspberry flavor and sweetness, all over a more substantial-than-expected body, and continuing into a moderately bitter, even peppery finish, moreso than classically tart.
A rather strikingly unattractive beer, which is I suspect proof that Berliner character won't survive in a big ABV environment, but nevertheless an enjoyable big fruited sour.

Pours a rusty red with a bit of reddish head.
Lots of berry on the nose.
Taste doesn't do it for me, the usual tartness that I associate with a Berliner is missing. Lots of jammy berry though.
Medium bodied with ample carb.
Overall the least favorite Trimtab that I've had. The best feature is the 8%ABV.

Got in a BIF from KMitch. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours very hazy deep ruby red, light orange/pink/purple color with a small dense light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and biscuit dough; with light toast, pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and biscuit dough; with light toast, pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light herbal/grassy bitterness, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, biscuit, dough, light pepper/funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is a fantastic imperial fruited Berlier weisse! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink for the ABV; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazingly jammy raspberries; with balanced Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example for an imperial version.

No date on the can, but just got these in and I’m intrigued.
Pours a deep hazy crimson with a slight rusty hue to it. Light head of frothy foam that fizzles out quickly.
The nose is all tart raspberries and grain. Very fruity, very pleasant.
Bursting with fresh raspberries. Sweet that transforms into subtle tartness. Light wheat in the finish and a nice low acidity level.
As mentioned, slightly acidic, balanced by a seltzery carb level. A little residual stickiness and very light warmth. Stupid ABV for a Berliner, though. Lol.
