'Aged in used Champagne barrels for a year, then further aged on organic raspberries for 3 months.' Yes, please...

Pours a slightly hazy, deep burgundy color with only a wisp of foam. Very fruity aroma: raspberries, cherries, and red currants. Vinous and jammy. Flavor is tart raspberries, though not overly sour. The sourness peaks mid-palate, leaving the ending a bit wanting, but with a nice prickly feeling to it. Overall, good, but just wish it had a bit more acidity, or maybe rather drier and more tannic, towards the end to help round out the taste. Still very enjoyable and certainly an easy-drinking Flanders Red.

Pours a deep red, with little foam, just like a sour should look.

The smell is fantastic! Sour raspberries, and tons of them! A little it of grass and floral notes, ends with marmalade.

The taste is more laid back than the nose. The raspberries are joined by some cherries and more marmalade. Finishes tart, but not sour, with some nice floral touches.

Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with high carbonation.

I really liked this. The taste didn't quite make it up to the level of the smell, but one of the best Swedish sours I've tasted.
