Pours a clear yellow wth very little head.
Smell is fruity and tart, with notes of juniper berries, lime, gin, tonic an a hint of wood.
Taste is very juniper forward, like a good gin. Nice tartness with notes of tonic, lime, lemongrass and a hint of wood. Some bitterness on the finish, very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice interpretation of a classic cocktail.
