Notes:
Our first 100% spontaneously fermented beer. Only fermented with the local native yeasts and bacteria captured in our coolship when the wort cooled outside over night. Brewed with unmalted wheat, barley malt and a heap of oxidized hops. Sour with a pleasant fruitily funky with a complex yet compelling aroma.
